Video Inspiration of the Day: A Walk in Chicago (You'll hate your own home movies after this)

OK, so I found this one yesterday… it’s another piece by Sami Takieddin.

A simple premise, a trip into Chicago with his wife and young son, transformed into a thing of beauty by an amazing talent, and a little technology.

From what I’ve gleaned from some of his other videos, he’s using a pretty standard consumer HD camera (a Canon HF100) with a DOF adapter (by Jehu Garcia) and still camera lenses to achieve that crushed DOF, film look.

Spectacular results! Great work Sami!
